I went to work last night and about 4 hours later had a very sore stomach. I don't know if I ate something bad for dinner or if it's a result of juicing? Still bad this morning and not sure if I should drink juice today or not.
What do you think?
I enjoyed some lovely fruit juice yesterday morning and vegetable juice for lunch :) I've never tried carrot juice before, it's really sweet but I won't add as much celery next time, it made it too bitter. I added an apple and it went down easier.
